Terms and Conditions
1. License Grant:
By purchasing a music license from Stephen Keech, you are granted a non-exclusive license to use the specified music track(s) in accordance with the terms outlined below.
2. Usage Types and Fees:

The base licensing fee is determined by the project's budget and the selected usage type.

Additional fees apply for specific usage types such as web/social media, TV/radio broadcast, events, and films/theatrical releases.
3. Duration of License:

Each license is valid in perpetuity unless otherwise stated.

Licensees may renew their license for an additional year by paying 50% of the original license fee.
4. Usage Restrictions:

Music tracks may not be resold, sub-licensed, or redistributed as standalone audio files.

Music tracks may not be used in any defamatory, obscene, or illegal manner.
5. Exclusivity:

All licenses are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated.
6. Payment:

Payment for licenses must be made in full before wav files are made available for download.

All fees are non-refundable once the music tracks have been downloaded.
7. Termination:

Stephen Keech reserves the right to terminate a license if the licensee violates the terms of this agreement.

In the event of termination, all rights granted under the license will cease, and the licensee must immediately cease using the music tracks.
8. Warranty and Liability:

Stephen Keech makes no warranties regarding the fitness of the music tracks for any specific purpose.

Licensees agree to use the music tracks at their own risk and hold Stephen Keech harmless from any claims or damages arising from their use.
9. Modifications:

Licensees may modify the music tracks to suit their project's needs but may not alter, remix, or create derivative works of the music tracks for standalone distribution.
10. Attribution:

Licensees are not required to attribute the music track to Stephen Keech, but attribution is appreciated.
11. Governing Law:

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee.

STEPHEN KEECH
Stephen Keech is an American producer and film composer based in Nashville, TN. He has been professionally writing and performing music since 2006 when he began his career singing for the band Haste the Day. After years of touring internationally, Stephen settled down in Nashville where he expanded on his passion by producing records and composing original music for film and TV. Stephen has worked with clients such as Mazda, Express, Tractor Supply, Eureka, and Spotify, as well as creating original scores for award winning documentaries such as Revolution Picture's Remand and The Bears on Pine Ridge. Stephen strives to create meaningful and interesting compositions that complement the visual and narrative context of each piece, while invoking an appropriate emotional response.
