1. CUSTOM MUSIC SERVICES
1.1 Scope of Work
Custom music services include the creation of original compositions tailored to a client's specifications. The details of each project, including deadlines, revisions, and deliverables, will be outlined in a separate agreement or invoice.
1.2 Payment & Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required to begin work on a custom composition.

Full payment must be made before final delivery of the music.

Additional costs may apply for extra revisions beyond the agreed scope.
1.3 Licensing & Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, we retain full ownership and copyright of all custom compositions.

License rights (exclusive or non-exclusive) will be specified in the individual agreement with the client.

The client may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the music without explicit permission.
1.4 Revisions & Changes

Clients are entitled to [number] rounds of revisions included in the original fee.

Additional revisions will be billed at an hourly rate based on project complexity.
2. LICENSED MUSIC & MUSIC PACKS
This section applies to music available for direct purchase and licensing from our website, including music packs like Retro Grade.
2.1 Licensing Types
We offer different licensing tiers:

Creator Edition: Covers web use, social media, YouTube, podcasts, and personal projects.

Professional Edition: Covers all Creator Edition uses plus commercial projects such as ads, film festivals, broadcast TV, streaming, and corporate content.
The specific license terms will be outlined in the License Agreement accompanying the purchased music.
2.2 Permitted Uses
You may use licensed music and music packs for approved projects according to your purchased license. Music may be used in:

2.3 Restrictions
You may not:

Resell, sublicense, or distribute the music as a standalone product.

3. REFUNDS & CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Custom Music
Due to the nature of custom work, all deposits are non-refundable. Refunds will not be issued once the project has been delivered.
3.2 Licensed Music & Music Packs

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on music packs (such as Retro Grade). If you are not satisfied, contact us for a refund.

Refunds will not be issued for licensed music once downloaded and used in a project.
3.3 Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or dispute without first contacting us may result in a loss of access to purchased licenses and legal action.
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All music, sound effects, compositions, and related materials are copyrighted works owned by [Your Business Name]. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights, but does not transfer ownership. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
5. LIABILITY & DISCLAIMERS

STEPHEN KEECH
Stephen Keech is an American producer and film composer based in Nashville, TN. He has been professionally writing and performing music since 2006 when he began his career singing for the band Haste the Day. After years of touring internationally, Stephen settled down in Nashville where he expanded on his passion by producing records and composing original music for film and TV. Stephen has worked with clients such as Mazda, Express, Tractor Supply, Eureka, and Spotify, as well as creating original scores for award winning documentaries such as Revolution Picture's Remand and The Bears on Pine Ridge. Stephen strives to create meaningful and interesting compositions that complement the visual and narrative context of each piece, while invoking an appropriate emotional response.
